Warriors of the Centuries Adventure Day Camp!

Imaginations will soar during this class series ofaction packed adventure, fun and education and it's NOT just for boys!! The program is an exciting and engaging way for boys & girls to learn about historical periods while studying with professionally trained swordfighters! An engaging History lesson which brings great warriors & weapons from the past off the page and into our world!

Your children will learn balance and focus as they are taught basic fencing moves. They will develop their coordination, expand their creative mind through play acting, keep a journal of their experience filled with interesting information, and enjoy an experience of a lifetime!

Our program includes studies of Vikings, Roman Gladiators, Knights, Musketeers, Pirates and even Jedi! Students will create their own persona, as each type of warrior is presented, and enjoy creative lessons, activities and crafts! Our training emphasizes safety while allowing the children to express themselves creatively and utilize their natural skills. Students receive instruction in footwork & technique, enjoy fencing drills & games and learn about history! Fencing is fun, accessible and promotes exercise.

All sport equipment provided by Swordplay will include a variety of foam and plastic swords as well as all safety equipment. For instance, during Jedi training, students use plastic light sabers and wear a Jedi (fencing) mask. They will choose their own Jedi name and learn the way of the Jedi, acting with honor and courage.

3x's a week for 2 weeks (Tues/Wed/Thurs) – a total of 6 classes for $90 with discount extensions available.
